There are 5 HAND WRITTEN PAGES .all items recovered & received by Carol Curlee..
As you can see there's no Ashtray listed.....also notice at first no mention of shell casing then on the next to page's there is and its worded different.
Mustang for Latent Print Processing....I find it odd how they never checked to see if all of these Prints found on items in the car...on the car and in the station were a match to some one else,,bearing in mind Carol Curlee said was only a partial print on the cigarette butt from the Ashtray and she didn't keep a record of her work , but there was no ashtray listed, this same print was never checked by a latent print expert and all that was shown in court was Zerox copies, this print doesn't belong to Harvey Windsor...Shell casing also found in Mustang and yet there's No photos of that finger print? Why was that withheld? This case is built on Fabricated Evidence.
Larry Green the second owner of the said Tag and yet he couldn't say if it was the same Tag that was on the car when he had got from Alton Clark , He didn't even know what the Tag numbers were...
