February 28th 1988, Suspect named in 2 State killing Spree...Harvey Windsor's name and photograph were put in the media the 27th February yet these two witnesses could not identify Windsor as the person that robbed them
Mrs Richeson was held at gun point in her home she had a good look at the two and was shown a photo line up No positive I.D this was also in Franklin County
Marjorie Pickett was Robbed at her place of work in Franklin county, it was in the media that the same two people who were responsible for this were the same two that were wanted in connection with the murder of Rayford Howard and Randal Pepper still no positive ID.
Notice how it mentions two armed robberies in Franklin County, two men are believed to be responsible for the streak of violence..and yet these two ladies were never in court , no prints were ever taken from either location
