Looking for a Small Dark Green Car, possibly a Toyota or a Datsun with severe body damage to the right side.
Mr Tim's was shown a photo line up that included a photo of Harvey Windsor
Mr Tims was unable to Identify a subject from the line up
Mr Tims Statement:
Green Car.... suspect: unusually long front teeth, very ugly looking

Short Blondish hair, they got into a Dirty Green Car, to prove Mr Clemons had a good look he also saw Mr Frank Woodward there

About 5'11" tall,145 to 150 pounds, Slender, Bush hair short, wide face, rough looking, maybe a flat nose
Frank Woodward Described the subject as having Light Blonde hair

This is a statement from Alton Wayne Clark. He was the original owner of a car that Harvey WIndsor was the 3rd owner his uncle being the last.we are lead to believe the tag # Was 39BY845.and this tag # is what was suppose to be what lead them to Harvey WIndsor for the murder of Randal Pepper.being seen on a stolen mustang. If this tag # was so important in there investigations why was it not written on Altons statement? He must of had it on his car insurance papers.notice how he signs his name with an x.and yet the tag receipt it shows a neatly written signature of his.none of the previous owners could say what the tag #was.a witness Michael Maxwell was at the station the night Randal Pepper was killed gave a discription of the two ha had seen and neither discription fits Harvey WIndsor. Light Brown to blondish Brown hair he said...Harvey WIndsor has dark Brown to near bkack hair.....Michael Maxwell reccalls seeing BY on the tag....this tag and the fabrication of the finger print claimed to of been taken from a cigarette butt found in the ash tray in the mustang and people lies +with held Evidence is how Harvey WIndsor was Wrongfully convicted and has lost 26 years of his life None of the owners know what the tag was that was on the car that each one of them had traded, in fact Alton Clark was shown a form by the D.A with the Tag number on that's the only time he had remembered what it was , this Tag was the start of Harvey Windsor being
